16 " Rejoice always,   17  pray continually,   18  give thanks in all circumstances;  for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." I Thessalonians 5:16-17 Dear Jesus Christ, Savior: We humbly come before you during this National Lutheran Schools Week and THANK YOU for your amazing goodness to us, here at St. John's. We have an amazing school. We have an amazing church and it is all because of You! We pray for St. John's Lutheran School that might continue to be the beacon of your Gospel light to all the world. So many people need to hear your message, Jesus. Keep us strong in faith and courage so that our school might keep flourishing to spread the Good News! We love you Jesus! You are always the Lord of All for all to see. May our Lutheran schools worldwide proclaim that message mightily! Amen!

As you were baptized by John the Baptist, you provided a way for us to be heirs of your kingdom for eternity. Your love is amazing and this gift is an eternal blessing! May your work in us be an example to all those around us. Although we fall short daily, you give us grace and love. Although we fail to do what we should in your name, you provide forgiveness. We confess our sins to you, Jesus, and ask to be created new each day in your name. Thank you for your love, Jesus. You take care of us in so many ways! Thank you for your divine care and providence over us always! Jesus, please be with th

Matthew 2:11 Savior of the world, Jesus, our new-born savior, King and savior of the world, we come before you with praise and adoration for the gift you gave by coming down to earth at Christmas. You have provided saving life eternal for us all through your birth, perfect life, and resurrection. May we celebrate you each day. Jesus, we often do not focus on you as we should. We put others and other things ahead of you. Please forgive us for not focusing on you with your whole heart and forgive us your sins. Thank you for your forgiveness. Thank you Jesus for the great, many blessings you provide for us each day. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas break and bringing everyone back safely. Thank you for the 9 new students that started in the preschool and elementary sch
