Righteousness from Heaven

"Love and faithfulness  meet together;      righteousness  and peace kiss each other. 11  Faithfulness springs forth from the earth,      and righteousness  looks down from heaven." Psalm 85:10:11 Father in heaven, Love, faithfulness, righteousness and peace are all parts of your creation and you give them to us freely. You are an amazing God that constantly looks after us! May we sing your praises always as we seek you in all circumstances. Father, create in us a clean heart and renew a right spirit with in us. Thank you Father for always loving us throughout any and all situations. You continue to give us life and love and peace throughout all circumstances. Thank you for the many blessings that we see amongst the tough times. Thank you for all people at St. John's from students to parents to teachers to pastors to janitors to volunteers. Perfect Love!

“There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.” - 1 John 4:18 Dear Father, Thank you for your loving care over us. In these uncertain times, grant us your peace and comfort that will pass all of our understanding. Amidst the coronavirus, may Your name be exhausted and hailed above all others. While some turn to fear, may we turn to You, Father. Above all else, may our minds and hearts be turned to you. Father, we implore you to turn this virus around and eradicate it. As the creator of the universe, you hold everything the palm of your hand and we ask that you bring this virus to it's end as soon as possible. Please be with those who are sick, from any illness, and heal them. Especially, be with those worldwide who are sick with COVID-19. Help to heal them quickly! Father, you know what is best for us and we pray that you would bring about calm and peace to each of our hom

Do Not Be Anxious

  “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6 Dear Father God, You are the Almighty, the Maker of Heaven and Earth! You hold the whole world in your hands. May we find comfort and peace in knowing your have us nestled in your care, always loving us. You know what was and what is to come. Help us find solace in your power and might. Father, in a time when anxiety is running high, be with us and calm our fears. Help us to continue to be a beacon of light to share your love and Son Jesus.  For all those inflicted with the coronavirus, heal them. For us living without the virus, help us to continue to be healthy. Guide your steady hand over our community and keep us safe from all harm.
