Emmanuel - God with us!

Truth and Love

" Grace, mercy and peace from God the Father and from Jesus Christ,  the Father’s Son, will be with us in truth and love." 2 John 3 Dear God and Father, We come before you humbly and marvel in your love for us. You love us so much that you sent your only Son Jesus to die and rise again for us. Greater love has never been shown! You also give us your truth, the Bible. Father, you word is truth and we are so very thankful that you have revealed yourself to us in your word. Father, although we sin much and do not deserve your love, you give it to us anyway. By Grace we are Saved!

  For you are saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God’s gift…. —  Ephesians 2:8   Dear Father in Heaven, Through you, we are saved. Only through You are we saved! What a blessing beyond measure to have confidence that your love and grace has covered all of our sins. What assurance we have that we will one day come to your side in heaven and live in glory with you for eternity. We praise your glorious name for your good works, love, and peace that you give us. Peace Given to You

John 14:27 Dear Prince of Peace, You are the and only giver of peace. Only true peace comes form you and the Father and the Holy Spirit. In a world that seems to lack peace, we know that you hold the entire universe in the palm of your hand and in perfect, ordained peace. While you give us peace, we do not always rest in that peace. The Ends of the Earth

You sent your Holy Spirit to all ends of the world and gave your power to people to change the world. Child of the Light

Proverbs 22:6 Dear Father in heaven, You have entrusted St. John's to the education and fulfillment of the Gospel with children. We are blessed that we are called to educate our students and share your Son Jesus with them! Each day you bless us and for that we are ever thankful. We are in awe of your goodness and mercy toward us. Father, we are not perfect. We seek your forgiveness for times when we lose our temper and otherwise treat people poorly. May your perfect love cover us in forgiveness each day. Thankfulness flows from us each day we are able to wake up and experience your creation. Thank you for the many blessings we have each day. God's Chosen

I pray in your powerful name that You will bring about peace and order to your world. In the ever growing chaos of our time, may your children be ever knowing of your love and trust. Jesus, you are the only way, truth and life. You are our only refuge in times of trouble. Let your peace and love dwell richly in us, Lord Jesus. May we always find out peace in you and you alone. Holy Spirit, you are the author of our faith. You lead us to quiet waters and restore our soul. We humbly ask you to continue to hover over your people in mighty ways. Bring us closer to the Father. Christ Lives in Us!

We ask that you make our world free from this virus pandemic. We ask that you heal all those that are sick and bring them back to their families. Father, you created the universe, thank you for watching over us, your creation and dearly loved children. Father, so many people are affected by the coronavirus. Please bring needed help to those in need. Be with all those who have lost work, lost jobs, and lost income. Give them comfort and bring them resolution to their worries. As ask that all businesses be blessed during this time and that you bring them through this terrible time. Creator, be with our students, families and teacher during this time. Righteousness from Heaven

Perfect Love!

The one who fears is not made perfect in love.” - 1 John 4:18 Dear Father, Thank you for your loving care over us. In these uncertain times, grant us your peace and comfort that will pass all of our understanding. Amidst the coronavirus, may Your name be exhausted and hailed above all others. While some turn to fear, may we turn to You, Father. Above all else, may our minds and hearts be turned to you. Father, we implore you to turn this virus around and eradicate it. As the creator of the universe, you hold everything the palm of your hand and we ask that you bring this virus to it's end as soon as possible. Do Not Be Anxious

Healing and Love

Equipped by God!

"All Scripture is God-breathed  and is useful for teaching,  rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,   17  so that the servant of God [ a ]  may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." II Timothy 3:16-17 Dear Father in heaven, You breathe life in us, and inspire us with your Holy Spirit. Your Spirit has breathed the Holy Scriptures into life as well. May your perfect and Holy Word always be the guiding source for our life and being. We praise you for your perfect Word and its use in every situation. Although we fail to always follow your Word, you still love us and forgive us. We ask that you continue to work through us, sinful beings, and let your light shine through our renewed souls.
