Repent and Rejoice!

"I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent." Luke 15:7

Dear Father,

We rejoice and you rejoice in us. You love us so much that you sent your only Son, Jesus, to save us. No one can love us like you and we are so thankful that you rejoice over us coming to you in repentance.

We confess to you, Father, that we sin daily. We are sorry for our sins and pray that you would make our heart clean and give us a new start in YOU.

Thankfulness does not fully describe how we feel for all of the blessings you bestow on us each day. We are, though, humbly thankful that you watch over us so closely and always love us, no matter the circumstance.

Please continue to grant healing to all those that are sick. Bring the teachers and students back to us who are sick. Please continue to heal and strengthen Steve Grack. Give him and his family your peace and trust. Please be with all of us as we are now in the 4th and last quarter of the school year. Help us to always do our best!

Amen!
