Give Thanks

"O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2 O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.
3 O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever." Psalm 136: 1-3 KJV

Lord,
We truly should give you thanks and praise for your marvelous deeds and your wondrous love! We THANK YOU for all of your goodness and mercy that is poured on us each day.
Although we do not deserve your goodness and love you give it to us anyway. THANK YOU Lord for always making us clean and new through your son Jesus' suffering and blood.
THANK YOU for so many blessings. We are too blessed to count the blessings and that is all because of you.
Lord please be with us all as we go into this Thanksgiving break. Keep our travels safe and our family time warm. Be with those that are sick and need healing. Bring them good health. Please be with all our families and help them to have truly wonderful time gathered together over Thanksgiving. Let us be truly grateful for our blessings that are poured out on us each day from you!
Amen!

"Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up." Romans 15:2 Dear Jesus, You build us up so that we can build others up. We praise you for your love and saving grace for us daily. May we use that love and grace to do good in our communities and to our neighbors. We want to transform the world in your name and for your glory. Jesus please forgive us our sins and provide us with a clear conscious that we may live in your love. Help us to avoid the traps of the devil and seek your face at all times. Thank you loving Savior for all of your goodness and mercy toward St. John's and our entire community.
