O Come all Ye Faithful

O come, all ye faithful, joyful and triumphant!
O come ye, O come ye to Bethlehem;
Come and behold him
Born the King of Angels:
O come, let us adore Him,
Christ the Lord. (18th century hymn)

Dear Lord, Savior,

You are coming Lord Jesus, coming into the world to save us from our sins. You do this each year at Christmas time and remind us that you came once and for all when you came down as a baby in Bethlehem 2000 years ago. We we always be reminded of your amazing love!

The words of the hymn writer above remind us to always come to you, Lord Jesus. May we always look first to you instead of to ourselves. May we always come to you to give you adoration and praise.

We are thankful that you give us Christmas time to remember the great gift you are to us. May you be in all of our hearts this Christmas season and we celebrate you and you only as our Lord.

We come before you to continue to protect those that travel. Heal those that hurt. Mend relationships that are broken. You are the Lord of all, the Prince of Peace. Be in our broken world and heal.

In Jesus name we pray. Amen!
