Prosper in the Lord

"Blessed is the one
    who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
    or sit in the company of mockers,
2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
    and who meditates on his law day and night.
3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,
    which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither—
    whatever they do prospers.
4 Not so the wicked!
    They are like chaff
    that the wind blows away.
5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment,
    nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
6 For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous,

Dear Father and Lord of all,

We are ever-thankful that you watch over us in all circumstances and all times. You lead us and guide us. Through your loving care, you give us everything we need and we praise you for your care!

We delight in your goodness and mercy and although we wither without you, we yearn for your waters of your Word. Let us grow in your Word, forgive us our sins, so that we may prosper in your ways.

We thank you Lord for your law and your goodness. We thank you for your love and your righteous right hand of care for us! Thank you for always looking over us.

Continue to be with all families at St. John's and let us know blow away like the chaff, rather let us grow deeply rooted in you Lord. May we be watered with your goodness and mercy always. Be with those who are sick and need your healing. Especially be with Mr. Grack. Be with the doctors that they may know just what to do. Allow the tumor to be benign and harmless to him. Heal his body and bring comfort to him and his family.

We love you Lord!

"Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up." Romans 15:2 Dear Jesus, You build us up so that we can build others up. We praise you for your love and saving grace for us daily. May we use that love and grace to do good in our communities and to our neighbors. We want to transform the world in your name and for your glory. Jesus please forgive us our sins and provide us with a clear conscious that we may live in your love. Help us to avoid the traps of the devil and seek your face at all times. Thank you loving Savior for all of your goodness and mercy toward St. John's and our entire community.
