More than Conquerors!

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39

 Father in heaven,

 I praise and thank you that you have made us conquerors of death and sin through the sacrifice of your son Jesus! Christ's power over the grave has opened the gates of heaven for us. All glory goes to You for providing us with a pathway to Your throne.

 Lord, we are a sinful people, yet you continue to bless us. Thank you for the blessings of health to our students and their families. Thank you for teachers, learning, and safe places for studying You and Your creation at St. John's.

 I humbly come before You and ask that you provide health and healing to St. John's students and families who are undergoing physical difficulties. Be with them and give them your peace and healing providence. Be with our community and provide those in need all that their body and soul require.

 Thank you Jesus for never leaving us and always holding us close to you!

 In Jesus our Savior's name. Amen!

Build Them Up

"Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up." Romans 15:2 Dear Jesus, You build us up so that we can build others up. We praise you for your love and saving grace for us daily. May we use that love and grace to do good in our communities and to our neighbors. We want to transform the world in your name and for your glory. Jesus please forgive us our sins and provide us with a clear conscious that we may live in your love. Help us to avoid the traps of the devil and seek your face at all times. Thank you loving Savior for all of your goodness and mercy toward St. John's and our entire community.
