Conquerors through Love!

37 "No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[k]neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:37-39

 Dear Jesus, our Messiah,

 Through you, we have eternal life and conquer death and Satan. We praise and thank you for your love that you lavishly pour on us. Through that powerful love, we can overcome anything that this world gives us. We are forever in awe of your love and power!

 Even though we don't deserve it, we are loved by you. Thank you for your unconditional love toward us. We love you for your love!

 Thank you Lord Jesus for everything we have. We thank you for food and shelter and safety that we take for granted. We thank you for good health and a great school at St. John's. We thank you for pastors and teachers to teach your Word into our lives.

 Jesus, please be with all of those who are needing your healing touch. Be with those who are hurting and need comfort. Be with those who need strength in any way. Continue to be with St. John's Church and School and bless us in every way you see fit.

 We love you Jesus! Amen!

Build Them Up

"Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up." Romans 15:2 Dear Jesus, You build us up so that we can build others up. We praise you for your love and saving grace for us daily. May we use that love and grace to do good in our communities and to our neighbors. We want to transform the world in your name and for your glory. Jesus please forgive us our sins and provide us with a clear conscious that we may live in your love. Help us to avoid the traps of the devil and seek your face at all times. Thank you loving Savior for all of your goodness and mercy toward St. John's and our entire community.
